About Homebound Healing
A Personal Note
Welcome to Homebound Healing.
I'm Drew. After spending a lot of time dealing with agoraphobia and realizing how limited the available resources were, I decided to build something that actually felt useful. This is the kind of site I wish existed when I first started looking for help.
I'm not a licensed professional. I'm just someone who's been through it, still going through it, and picking up a few things along the way. What you'll find here is a mix of practical tools, helpful ideas, and honest reflections from someone who gets it.
Also, quick shoutout to my mom, who reads everything I write and reminds me to eat. This site probably wouldn't exist without her... or at least it would be way less grammatically correct.
What You'll Find Here
Practical Tools
Simple, actionable strategies that you can try from the comfort of your space.
Real Experiences
Honest perspectives from someone who understands the daily challenges.
Safe Space
A gentle, understanding environment where you can explore resources at your own pace.
Support the Site
Everything on this site is free to use, and it will stay that way. If something here has helped you and you feel like giving back, donations are welcome, though never expected.
Any support you send helps me keep the site going and gives me the space to continue working on it.
Important Note
While I share from personal experience, this site is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. If you're struggling, I encourage you to reach out to qualified healthcare providers who can offer personalized support for your situation.
